Early Bird (Until 14 February 2026):

• Two days of the conference: €330 + VAT
• One day of the conference: €230 + VAT

Standard (After 14 February, until 12 March 2026):

• Two days of the conference: €390 + VAT
• One day of the conference: €270 + VAT

Important information about Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions

• Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by 11 March 2026
• Cancellations received after 11 March 2026 and no shows will be subject to the full conference rate

• Wnioski o zwrot kosztów będą honorowane, jeśli zostaną wysłane drogą mailową do 11 marca 2026r.
• Anulacje otrzymane po 11 marca 2026 r. i niestawienie się będą podlegać pełnej stawce konferencyjnej.
