Important Information Regarding Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions

  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by March 10, 2026.
  • Cancellations received after March 10, 2026, as well as „no-shows,” will be subject to the full conference fee.
  • Substitutions may be made by contacting gabriela@actiaforum.pl.

Payment and Participation Policy

  • The participant must make payment in full (100% of the gross fee) no later than one business day before the start of the conference. Payment to the organizer’s bank account prior to the conference is a condition for participation.
  • In the case of withdrawal from the conference, the registered person must send official notification to gabriela@actiaforum.pl.
  • If the withdrawal is made less than seven days before the start of the conference, the registered person will be charged 100% of the participation fee.
