Frank Kho is an independent advisor in the container logistics and terminal industry, active since 2017. He brings nearly 40 years of global experience, including over 20 years in senior leadership roles across Asia and Europe with PSA and HPH, two of the world’s leading terminal operators. He also served seven years on Kalmar’s global leadership team. From 2018 to 2021, Frank played a key role as Advisor and CEO in establishing the Terminal Industry Committee 4.0 (TIC 4.0), driving the development of industry standards. Since 2023, he has been Senior Advisor to ATAI and starting 2025 he is also the Managing Director of ATAI Labs BV in Europe. In 2025, he joined the Board of GMP (Générale de Manutention Portuaire) in Le Havre, one of the major container terminals in France. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Control Engineering/Avionics and is an ICF-trained coach.
