He began his career in the United Kingdom, where he gained experience in infrastructure investment projects while working for VolkerWessel UK. After returning to Poland, he joined the Strabag Group and then Deutsche Bahn. He has been involved in key projects related to the expansion and modernization of port infrastructure, including serving as the manager responsible for the financing, construction, and development of the container terminal in the Port of Szczecin. He has been associated with DB Port Szczecin since 2011, where he served as Director of Technology, Infrastructure, and Purchasing, and later as a Member of the Management Board. Since 2018, he has been serving as CEO of DB Port Szczecin. At the same time, he is the CEO of Transfracht Polska Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in intermodal logistics. From 2018 to 2021, he served as Chairman of the Szczecin Port Stakeholders Council, where he actively contributed to dialogue among business partners, local governments, and port operators, focusing on sustainable development and effective cooperation.
