In August 2022, Jarosław was appointed CEO of ORLEN Neptun, Chairman of the Board of Baltic Power and became responsible for the development of offshore wind projects within the entire ORLEN Group. His professional experience includes various roles in major hydro and infrastructure projects in Poland and abroad. Prior to joining the ORLEN Group, he performed the duties of Technical Director at the Marine Ship Repair Yard „Gryfia” J. S. C. As part of his duties at previous places of work, he took part in such projects as the deepening of the Świnoujście-Szczecin waterway, the expansion of the Bridgestone tire factory, the construction of the ST³ Offshore plant for the production of large steel structures, the LNG jetty at the Świnoujście Gas Port, but also many other projects related to the deepening or expansion of ports in Poland, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Croatia or Morocco.
