Investing in European ports – possible risks that might go unnoticed?
Danique de Jonge works as Senior Policy Advisor at The European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO), based in Brussels. ESPO is the principal interface between European seaports and the European institutions and its policymakers. Within ESPO, Danique advises on matters related to Intermodal & Logistics, Port Governance, as well as Economic Analysis and Statistics.
Before joining ESPO, Danique held a position in the European Parliament. As policy advisor to a Dutch Member of Parliament, she specialized in European legislation in the field of transport and mobility. Danique holds a Masters of European Public Affairs and has also studied multidisciplinary perspectives in the areas of politics, history and economics.
