Should fossil fuels disappear from ports, where will they turn for new revenue sources? Ports as hubs for green energies – need of investments.
Since 2017, Anne-Rieke Stuhlmann has been working as a Senior Policy Advisor at the European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO), which represents port authorities, port associations and port administrations of the seaports of the 23 maritime Member States of the EU and Norway. Within ESPO, Anne-Rieke is responsible for the areas of port governance, intermodal transport, logistics and industry, as well as economic analysis and statistics. She also represents ESPO at the European Sectoral Social Dialogue for Ports. Before joining ESPO, she worked for five years as a parliamentary assistant to MEP Knut Fleckenstein, in charge of maritime transport and aviation files. She holds a master degree in European Studies from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven).
